Pastor Ron Doddridge’s Fenestration/Building Enclosure Career
With a distinguished tenure of over 28 years, Pastor Ron has carved a niche in the realm of fenestration and building envelope consulting and commissioning. His foray into this sector began post his honorable and commendable service of five years in the United States Marine Corps. In 1995, he embarked on his fenestration career with AKW Systems and Riverview Architectural Products. Over four years, he faced rigorous challenges in the public work and high-end commercial markets, which honed his skills and expertise.Pastor Ron holds BS degrees in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, as well as, Business and Religion from Liberty University. Holding esteemed certifications such as the FGIA Fenestration Masters Professional Certification (FMPC) and the University of Wisconsin’s Building Enclosure Commissioning Professional Certification (BECxP), Pastor Ron is a recognized Building Enclosure Science Industry Professional.
Diverse Experience in Fenestration/Building Enclosure
Pastor Ron boasts 12 years in fenestration manufacturing, covering a spectrum of roles from engineering and design to quality control/testing and field service. His proficiency extends to waterproofing and roofing, with hands-on experience in lab and field testing. Additionally, his 16-year tenure in building enclosure consulting/commissioning has seen him delve into investigations, litigation, risk mitigation, design review, and envelope/enclosure commissioning, further solidifying his reputation in the industry. His expertise spans across various building types, from wood-framed multi-family to towering high-rises. As an executive leader and principal, he has steered an ISO 17025/AAMA accredited building materials and fenestration test lab, showcasing his comprehensive knowledge and leadership in the industry.
Pastor Arielle Doddridge's Fenestration/Building Enclosure Career
Pastor Arielle has established a notable 14-year career in fenestration and building envelope consulting. Beginning her journey in 2008 as an engineering assistant for European Window Systems, she gained valuable exposure to international trade, fenestration product development, and sales. Her rapid ascent to a Building Envelope Consultant role is a testament to her comprehensive expertise, which encompasses design review, site QA/QC, testing standards, and code analysis.Holding a BS degree from Liberty University in Business and Biblical Studies, Pastor Arielle’s credentials are further bolstered by certifications as a Fenestration Subject Matter Expert (Fen-SME) and Building Envelope Subject Matter Expert (BE-SME). Her experience is diverse, ranging from wood-framed multifamily to towering high-rise structures.
