PROFESSIONAL/MINISTRY HISTORY:Pastor Ron and his wife, Arielle, have dedicated 14 years to various ministry roles, including pastoral leadership, and groups for men, women, children, youth, outreach, couples, and counseling focused on reaching, discipling and sending. Ron’s extensive background includes 29 years in project and executive management complemented by his service as a United States Marine. Arielle has been homeschooling their children for ten years, during which she has both utilized and created diverse curricula, all grounded in a biblical perspective. She also managed an online preschool and has served in the Army National Guard. Together, they are proud parents to three boys: Jayden, 13, Michael, 11, and Levi, 9. The boys contribute to online devotional videos, with Jayden having the honor of delivering sermons and pursuing his bachelor’s degree in apologetics. Currently enrolled in Liberty University.
In 2018, Ron and Arielle felt called to establish CEMA Ministries, a social media missionary church, reaching 96 countries, complementing their local church involvement and support. CEMA’s mission is multifaceted: to reach and teach Christ’s message through informal online devotionals, foster unity within the Christian community. The ministry’s outreach is particularly focused on veterans, individuals hesitant to attend church, social media, Christian fun for adults and children, as well as, teaching the fundamentals of faith, discipleship, and missions. CEMA Ministries is actively involved with church planting and offers ministerial credentialing to those who have recognized the call. Subsequently CEMA is developing affiliated, and partnered churches. By extension, CEMA is planting churches as a division of CEMA Ministries.
