At CEMA Ministries we offer safety, security and facilities consulting to churches on an offering basis. That's right, if we do not receive a dime, it is okay.
How is an effective church safety/security team defined?
In the worst-case scenario, no one (congregation or assailant alike) are injured or killed in addition to at least planting a seed for Christ in the assailant.
We include the facility to give the church the greatest tactical advantage in the worst case scenario.

Pastor Ron brings 29 years of experience in Building Envelope/Commissioning, Architecture and Engineering inclusive of being a Certified Force Protection Officer and a United States Marine. In addition to being a graduate of Liberty University and a Pastor.
We don't believe that we know more about church security than the local security team leader, rather that the combination of education and experience with an "Out of the Box" perspective will allow any given church safety/security to be the most effective that it can be.
